5. MONTPELLIER BY NIGHT

Montpellier’s heritage under a new light

When night falls, Montpellier puts on its best lights to surprise you. Embark on a journey through more than 1,000 years of history in the heart of narrow streets that are sometimes quiet, sometimes bustling with nightlife.

Your guide will take you on a tour of some of our most famous landmarks, including the Babote tower, the Place Royale du Peyrou and Saint Pierre’s cathedral. You’ll also have the chance to visit the Arc de Triomphe and the cloister of the Faculty of Medicine, which is closed to visitors at night. It’s an illuminating way to discover a completely different side of Montpellier.
