Based on an eco-social and solidarity model, it promotes short circuits in its craft village but also on the food court, but also actively participates in the development of the local economic and associative fabric.
It takes care of its environmental consistency thanks to the recovery, treatment and valorization of all waste. Prioritizing recycled materials, zero plastic and collaboration with ESATs.
