It’s winter and the pink flamingos are still there, more colourful than ever. Lucky for you, out of season, you are alone in the world: the immense sea, the ponds, the vineyards and the Romanesque cathedral of Villeneuve-les-Maguelone, lost in the middle of the picture.
The children are delighted to make sandcastles, you can also collect shells or simply enjoy the sea air and the winter sun.
And if you’re too lazy to go for a walk, why not go horse riding? The guides and instructors know the area like the back of their hand and if you’re good, they’ll tell you some great stories.
